This type of training is meant to for the adult audience or Coporate sectors. It shall focus on the self defence focus of Silat and Filipino art of Eskrima. I have designed a few curriculum to help the adult students who wants to focus sole-ly on Self defence without the lengthy process of traditional learning. 

In today’s fast-paced world, many adults and working professionals are seeking practical skills that can be applied immediately, without committing years to mastering traditional forms. This program is structured to provide efficient, high-impact training that emphasizes situational awareness, rapid response, and simple yet effective techniques. The goal is to empower participants with confidence and the ability to protect themselves in real-life encounters.

The inclusion of Silat and Eskrima brings together two highly respected martial traditions known for their adaptability and effectiveness. Silat offers close-quarter strategies, takedowns, and body mechanics that are highly applicable in confined spaces. Eskrima, with its emphasis on sticks, knives, and improvised weapons, develops reflexes, precision, and versatility. Combined, these systems create a holistic self-defence approach suitable for modern environments.

Furthermore, the program is designed with the corporate and adult learning environment in mind. Training sessions are delivered in a professional, time-efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to busy schedules. The methodology focuses on drills, scenario-based practice, and stress test and management, making it accessible to individuals regardless of prior martial arts experience.

This training will fall under the relevant  lessons extracted mainly from Silat ChakraV, KDOE Eskrima and Basic Locks from kyushojutsu. 

• The asking price for this 4 hour seminar is $100 per head and 4 hours training Minimum 10 pax (I got to factor in the seminar room/dojo rental). This price is the standard asking price in the martial arts seminar Industry. 
• For Cultural appreciation seminar (like I did for a school in Singapore) of 3 hours for school teachers I have capped it at $250 for that whole duration.
